How we work

A five-stage method we have used on every engagement since 2016. Nothing starts until you have a written scope, a date and a price.

The method

Five stages, written down before we start

  1. Discovery call

Thirty minutes with Princess Harms. We ask about your platform, volume, team structure and the complaints you hear most. You leave with an honest opinion on whether the problem is configuration, process or headcount.

  2. Operations review

Role interviews, file-journey mapping, turn-time and exception data pulls, and a configuration audit. Delivered as a written findings memo plus a two-hour presentation to your leadership.

  3. Scope and statement of work

Deliverables, acceptance criteria, dates and a fixed price. If we misjudge effort, we absorb it. Change orders happen only when you ask for something outside the written scope.

  4. Sandbox build and review

Everything is built in a non-production environment first, reviewed with your team against real files, then promoted with a documented rollback plan and a change log.

  5. Training, documentation, stabilisation

Role-based sessions, written runbooks, recorded walkthroughs and thirty days of included adjustment support while the new process settles on the floor.

Ground rules

What you can expect from us — and what we ask in return

Our commitments

  • A named consultant on your engagement from first call to handover
  • Written scope, date and price before any invoice
  • No production change without a tested rollback plan
  • Documentation delivered in plain English, owned by you
  • Weekly written status during any active build
  • Thirty days of stabilisation support included

What we need from you

  • One decision-maker who can approve configuration changes
  • Sandbox access and a small sample of real, de-identified files
  • Ninety minutes of interview time per operations role
  • An honest account of previous fixes and workarounds
  • Attendance from the floor at handover training
Data handling

How we treat your files and your borrowers' data

Lending data is sensitive and we treat it that way. These practices apply to every engagement.

Least access

Consultants receive only the platform permissions needed for the scope, granted by you and revoked at handover.

De-identified samples

Where testing allows it we ask for masked or de-identified files rather than live borrower records.

Confidentiality by default

A mutual confidentiality agreement is signed before discovery. Client names appear in public material only with written permission.
